The breakfast buffet met my expectations with its variety. The chef served hot pooris with a smile.

I found the room cleanliness unacceptable. It was certainly not deserving of a 4-star rating. I saw crawly worms on the floor after drawing the curtains to let in light. The restaurant also looked dirty, I noticed it on the tables and mats (not something I expect).

I found the breakfast selection quite varied. I liked the live counters. the staff, especially debojeet, seemed ready to assist with anything. the hotel itself was beautiful and maintained well.

The bathroom water drained slowly from the shower. This was a little inconvenient. the room's air conditioning unit made the floor slippery i noticed. the balcony did not seem cleaned . It felt overlooked

The breakfast spread was AMAZING!!! It had lots of variety. The restaurant food tasted very good. The staff was caring, especially Maira and Bijay too. They really went the extra mile to.

I experienced a few issues . My initial room had problems, as the floor kept getting damp. The flush was not working properly and the bathroom door did not shut completely. This.

The breakfast was good, with a variety of options. i also liked the room size. It was spacious enough. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature.

the service was slow at times. it took a while to get assistance. there was also a noticeable musty odor in the room. this was persistent throughout my stay and impacted my overall experience. the pool area needed better maintenance too. i saw some debris floating in the water.
